In addition to completing this online process, please download and complete the packet(s) for the student(s) you are registering according to their grade level. These forms are required by our District.
Once you have completed these forms, please print them out and bring them to your registration appointment, or return them to us:

When coming into the District with Registration Documentation, please bring with you: - Child's Birth Certificate - Child's Immunization Records - Any Court Order/Divorce Decree Pertaining to Custody
Without a court order stating otherwise, both biological parents will have equal access to the student.
