Welcome to Cambridge Central School! Please pre-register your child for school. This is only a pre-registration. Your child will not be officially enrolled until all required paperwork has been turned in and verified by the registrar. Please ensure you have the necessary documents: - Proof of date of birth: Please provide a copy of your student's birth certificate.
- Two (2) proofs of residency: Please provide two bills or statements dated within the last 30 days with your name and home physical address pre-printed on it. It can be the following:
Tax bill Cable bill Utility bill Car or home insurance policy Bank/Credit Union account statement Pay stub Parent/guardian valid photo ID with physical address in Cambridge (license/passport) Lease agreement
- Immunization records
- Custody papers (if applicable – must be a signed copy)
Please save the session key provided by SchoolTool as you go through the pre-registration process.
